NèBel Lab (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through nebel.com.au, how we use it, and your choices. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, and what you purchased.
- Payment details: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the payment step.
- Messages: anything you send us through the Contact page, including your name and email address.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login email, order history and saved addresses.
- Technical information: your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, collected automatically by our website software and used only to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To process and deliver your order, including sharing your name, address and phone number with Australia Post so your parcel can be delivered.
- To reply to your questions and provide customer service.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates and receipts.
- To keep our website secure and prevent fraud.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the shop: Stripe (payments), Australia Post (delivery), and our website hosting provider in Australia. Each of these handles your information under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies that are essential for the shop to work, such as remembering what is in your cart and keeping you logged in. Stripe also sets cookies during checkout to help prevent fraud. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may then not work.
Keeping your information safe
Your connection to our website is encrypted. Order information is stored on secure servers in Australia and access is limited to people who need it to fulfil your order. We keep order records for as long as Australian tax law requires, and delete or de-identify other information when it is no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. To do this, contact us through the Contact page or the email below. If you have a complaint about how we handled your information, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
